These terms apply to your use of Cozyhire at cozyhire.com and purchases made through our store. Please read them with our Shipping, Return and Privacy Policies before placing an order.

Using the store

Provide accurate information and use the store lawfully. You must be able to enter a purchase agreement under the laws that apply to you. Do not misuse accounts, interfere with the website, submit fraudulent orders or use the service to infringe the rights of others.

Products and information

Read each product description, size details and selected options before ordering. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. Product availability and prices can change. We may correct an error in a listing or contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled as described. Material changes to an accepted order will be explained so you can choose an appropriate resolution.

Orders and payments

Review the total at checkout, including shipping and any taxes shown. Available payment options appear at checkout. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request. We may need to check payment, stock or address information before fulfillment. If an order must be cancelled and payment has been collected, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

Delivery, returns and cancellations

Delivery estimates and shipping charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Return eligibility and refund timing are described in our Return Policy. Contact support promptly to request an order change or cancellation; once processing or dispatch has progressed, a change may not be possible. These policies do not exclude mandatory consumer rights.

Accounts and privacy

Keep account credentials private and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Never send full card credentials or passwords to customer support.

Content and third-party services

Website content and third-party names, images and marks remain subject to their owners' rights. Do not reuse content without appropriate permission. External websites, payment services and tracking tools have their own terms and privacy policies. A link does not mean that Cozyhire operates that service.

Problems and limitations

Contact us with details of any order or website problem so we can investigate. Service interruptions can occur. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any restriction applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
